Class Offerings

Studio K offers a variety of dance and fitness classes from Bollywood to Zumba!  

Class descriptions

Dance Classes

Get groovin'! We have classes for everyone! Many classes are beginner-friendly and require no previous dance experience. There are also some intermediate+ classes for more experienced dancers!

ABCD Garba

All Levels

Garba is a folk dance from India that is energetic, colorful and lots of fun! This class will focus on teaching the basics and fundamentals.

Afro-Latin Fusion

All Levels

Afro-Latin Fusion is a dance based class that teaches authentic dance moves and easy to learn, fun choreography. You will come out from class feeling energized, refreshed, and challenged both mentally and physically! No dance experience is needed.

Bellydance

Beginner/Intermediate

Add a description about this item Learn smooth moves and sizzling rhythms from various genres across the globe in this beginner/intermediate Bellydance class! Perfect for building confidence, core strength, and having a blast—no experience needed! Class is typically danced barefoot, but shoes are welcome.  

Bhangra Choreo

All Levels

Come join us and learn upbeat, high energy and fun choreographies to the amazing Dhol and Bhangra beats! 

Bhangra Foundations

Beginner

Get ready to jump, bounce, and celebrate in this beginner-friendly class that breaks down the moves of this energetic dance style from India.  You'll learn the basics such as hand, leg and shoulder movements, as well as styling.  Have fun and work up a sweat!  

Bolly Heels

All Levels

Get ready to strut, slay, and spice things up! This fun, beginner-friendly class teaches Bollywood-inspired choreography with a sassy twist. Bring out your inner diva, build confidence, and own every move. Heels are optional, knee pads recommended. 

Bollywood Dance

Beginner

Bollywood is the style of dance that has derived from the Indian film industry based out of Bombay, India (hence, the name Bollywood - similar to Hollywood)! This class blends various dance styles from the country of India, including Bhangra, Classical Dance, Folk Dance, as well as Filmi-fusion dances. This is a choreography-based class where you will learn a fun choreography to a song each week. Open to all levels but geared towards beginners. 

Desi Beats

Intermediate*

 

Dance, sweat, and vibe to Desi Beats—an upbeat mix of Bollywood, Bhangra, and more global grooves into one nonstop dance party—high energy, full flavor, all fun!

This is an intermediate choreography based class open to all levels.*

Groove Theory

Beginner

 Groove Theory is a feel-good dance party where hip hop, funk, and fun collide! Perfect for beginners, this class is all about feeling the rhythm and finding your groove. No experience needed, just bring your energy and smiles. 

Hip Hop/R&B Fusion Choreography

All Levels

Unleash your inner Beyoncé or Rihanna in this fun, feel-good Hip Hop/R&B Fusion class! Each week, you’ll learn beginner-friendly choreography set to smooth R&B and hip hop beats. It’s all about moving your body, feeling yourself, and dancing with confidence. No experience needed—just good vibes and a love for music! 

Jazz Funk

Beginner/Intermediate

 

This is a choreography based class focused on learning intricate dance routines where we blend the sass of burlesque with sharp jazz, smooth contemporary, modern dance and more.  The techniques learned in this class are designed specifically to create a fun and inspiring atmosphere for everyone and encourage freedom of expression, strength, and empowerment.

K-Pop

All Levels

Learn high-energy K-POP choreography, strike fierce poses, and dance like you're on stage!  We'll break down the routine one section at a time at a slower pace, then increase as we go through the class.  

Salsa Sabor y Suelta

All Levels

Come dive into the musicality, timing, basic steps, and smooth body moves of Salsa.   We’ll focus on both On1 and On2 salsa rhythms plus Cuban and Afro-Cuban footwork and styling. 

Traditional Bachata

All Levels

Experience the rhythms and movement of the Dominican Republic. Traditional bachata footwork, body movement, & styling.

Barre Fusion

All Levels

Barre Fusion blends ballet-inspired moves, Pilates, yoga and strength training for a full-body workout. Fun beats, fierce energy—get ready to pulse, sweat, and sculpt!  Bring a yoga mat!

Bollywood Cardio

All Levels

Groov3 - Cardio Hip Hop

All Levels

Cardio Hip Hop is perfect for beginners with zero dance experience—just bring your positive energy! This class breaks down easy choreography so you can learn a fun routine while boosting your cardio. Get ready to pop, lock, and tone your body in a workout that feels more like a dance party. All levels welcome! 

Hot Hula Fitness

All Levels

HOT HULA fitness® is a fun, new and exciting dance workout. It provides a "total body workout" in 60 minutes. HOT HULA fitness® isolates your larger muscle groups, increasing strength and definition to your core with specific emphasis on the abs, glutes, quads and arms. Inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands, HOT HULA fitness® incorporates easy to perform dance movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats fused with funky Reggae music, resulting in a modern, hip fitnes

Island Fusion Cardio

All Levels

Island Fusion blends the hottest beats from Soca, Dancehall, Reggaeton, Afrobeats, Salsa, and more into one high-energy, feel-good dance workout.  This class is a cardio based dance class for all levels —just bring your vibe! 

Mat Pilates

All Levels

Strengthen your core, lengthen your limbs, and feel the burn (in a good way!)—all on the mat. No machines, just muscles and good vibes. Bring a Yoga mat! 

Tahitian Cardio/Natibu Tropixx

All Levels

Pacific Island inspired dance fitness class, with low, medium and high tempo combinations focused on FAMILY, FITNESS, FUN! 

Tone and Sculpt

All Levels

Tone and Sculpt is a total-body strength and cardio conditioning class that helps you blast fat and build lean muscle fast.  Bring a yoga mat!

Twerk n Tone

All Levels

Twerk n Tone is a dance fitness inspired dance training program. Your workouts are your rehearsals & the gym floor becomes your dance floor. This class is open to all levels. Come learn how to twerk and get an amazing workout while doing it. 

Zumba

All Levels

Zumba® combines all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class! We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. This class is for all levels. Come join the party! 

Zumba Toning

All Levels

Zumba® Toning blends dance cardio with lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks to sculpt your arms, core and lower body while having a total blast!
